(copy pasted from my FA journal here --> www.furaffinity.net/journal/22… )

I have had 7 notes and many many comments about this in the past week (are tailmouths making a comeback? hahah) so this calls for some clarification!

first of all, ANYONE CAN MAKE A TAILMOUTH, you don't have to ask me or show me or anything if you don't want. You can change anything you want. It doesn't have to have hair-ears, you don't have to call it a tailmouth, it can be anthro, it can be anywhere on the human-furry scale, it can be a transgender velociraptor for all I care.

Some people have started making tailmouth adoptables, which is totally cool by me! Go wild and do what you want, change what you want, charge what you want... so long as you drew them yourself.

Some people have been using my lineart for these tailmouth adoptables. This gets a little more tricky, so I am setting some rules for using my lineart for adoptables.

1) PLEASE DO NOT CHARGE MORE THAN $1 (or the equivalent in DA points) FOR A TAILMOUTH ADOPTABLE USED FROM MY BASE, WHETHER IT IS A "CUSTOM" OR NOT.

2) PLEASE LINK TO BOTH ME AS THE CREATOR OF THE LINEART AND LINK TO THE LINEART ITSELF.

3) PLEASE STATE SOMEWHERE IN THE ARTIST DESCRIPTION OF THE ADOPTABLES THAT I HAVE SAID ANYONE IS FREE TO MAKE THEIR OWN.

Please please please, I'd really appreciate it if you guys follow these guidelines! if anyone questions your adoptables, you can feel free to link them to this journal so that they know you're in the clear.

If I draw a tailmouth from scratch can it be sold for more than $1?
